  • Shipping Timeline

    While we strive to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to external factors such as raw material availability, intricate craftsmanship, or logistics issues.

  • Shipping Charges

    Shipping costs for catalogue items are additional and will be calculated based on the delivery location. Charges apply to both domestic and international orders. Shipping for accessories is free domestically till further notification.

  • Refund

    On order cancellation of Catalogue pieces, after deduction of 40% cancellatin fee of the total invoice amount, the remaining amount shall be refunded. No refunds shall be made for Accessories

  • Packaging & Damages

    We use reliable delivery partners and ensure secure packaging. In case of any damage during transit, we will offer repairs where feasible. Please inspect the product before signing off the delivery receipt.

  • Delivery Terms

    The delivery partner holds the discretion to deliver to upper floors or leave the product at the ground floor of the delivery address.

  • Order Cancellation

    Cancellation is available for Catalogue pieces only. Cancellations made after 48 hours of order confirmation will incur up to a 40% cancellation fee. Accessories orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • International Deliveries

    Customers are responsible for any applicable port duties or local taxes on international shipments.

  • Invoice & Taxes

    All shipments will include an invoice with the product price, as mandated by Indian Tax Regulations.

  • Legal Jurisdiction

    All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, India.
